Otto Stensrud

Otto is our Journeyman Automotive Technician and has 20 years experience.  He also has his Journeyman Parts ticket.  Otto worked for Uptown Auto for 5 years before joining us at Crockett Automotive in 2016.  Otto and his wife, Marie, have 4 boys and farm near Anselmo.  Otto has quite the singing voice, which you may hear if you decide to wait and have a coffee while he works on your vehicle… And – as pictured above – he has great…teeth!

Crystal Roy

Crystal is our parts technician.  She and her family farm near Sangudo. Crystal has a huge smile and a fantastic sense of humour and has very quickly earned her way into the hearts of our customers.  She easily runs the shop – or cracks the whip, depends who’s describing her – and keeps things moving smoothly.   Please feel free to come have coffee with her anytime!  She loves to chat with our customers and fill you in on her farming adventures while you wait for our printer!!

Eric Stensrud

Eric is our Lube Tech, and a fourth year apprentice Automotive Technician!  He is Otto’s middle child and the third to work at CARL!  We are lucky to have Eric on our team and expect the same amazing work ethic and fantastic sense of humour we’ve gotten from all the Stensrud boys.  He is working hard at school and at work and at the farm.  Plus, he has great hair…

Karen Hamelin

The owner of Crockett Automotive!  I have been in the business since 1990, many years of automotive experience, from a body shop to a parts tech to service writing. even owning and dispatching tow trucks. Mayerthorpe is very important to me and my family.  We spend as much time as possible volunteering and as much budget as possible donating to whatever group needs it.  Oh…and everybody knows and loves the two in the back seat!!
